Bruno Jacob is one of the freeriders that competed in the 9th Jet Waves World Championship, that happened between the 7 and September 9, 2007, in the Brave Beach, in the city of Itajaí, in Santa Catarina/BR. Checks how was his acting!

Bruno Jacob was one of the young Brazilian prominences, he is in the team of promises of titles to Brazil in the next world championship. He, that had an excellent performance, he arrived until ¼ of finals, where he ran against anybody less than Pierre Maixent, winner of the Brazilian stage of the championship.

This pilot from Bahia says to have been enough satisfied with his acting, but he promises that for the next competitions will be a little more daring. "I am quite satisfied with my acting. First year in the freeride, already beginning in the professional with the best of the world and with more than 30 competitors and being in the 5th place for me is very good", he comments.

With just 20 years old, Bruno divides his time among Engineering's ability, in UNIFACS, in Salvador, the work in the father's store, Jacob Adventure, and the trainings for Freeride. His preparation consists of swimming, muscular activity and with the jet-ski of two to three times a week.

For the event that happened at the beautiful Brave beach, in Itajaí/SC, he took a team that supports him and always accompanies the family. Unassuming the friends that he already has in Santa Catarina that always support him, Leandro, Dego, Ivo, Tooth, André, etc.

In spite of being his first time in a competition of this style, Bruno comments that the Brave beach was a perfect choice, because he gathers the beauty of the nature with the women's beauty and the perfect waves.

The organization was very eulogized by him, "Tchello always organizes very well the championships, and the pilots doesn't have rivalry with the another. They compete for friendship, a help the other when he needs, I liked this a lot!"

Bruno is getting ready to go for the 5th and last stage IFWA Freeride World Championship Tour that will happen of 19 to October 21, in California/EUA. "I never went USA and I have been glimpsing marked for the end of September in Recife to try to get the visa. If everything gives right I travel about October 15. As always I am half anxious, it is normal. I am training variations of the ones that I do normally, to remove the hands and legs in the barrels and in the back flips".
