After a serious neck injury in January 2002, Rousseau came back very strongly on the World Cup tour in 2003. He won a gold medal at Tremblant in January 2003, exactly one year after his injury.

Spent the summer training in Whistler, Tignes, Zermatt and Quebec.

Silver medallist at the 2001 FIS World Freestyle Ski Championships. Gold medallist at the 2000 Goodwill Games. Five-time National Champion.

Enjoys skydiving, surfing and driving.
