As he always enjoyed news, adventures, travels, pictures, events, animals, nature and people. Always involved with job, without having time for rest, Nei Maldaner thought about a place where he could let all the good moments registered.
So, he created INEMA. A place where people could divulge their adventures, events and exchange experiences, in addition, since ten years, there weren’t so many resources in the internet, as we have today.
Made in 2000, the portal was evolving and today, it represents a national reference, with thousands of diaries. INEMA have already realized many national and international coverings. In 2007, started having and English version, and possess more than 200 different areas, that divulge the most varied sports and adventures.
INEMA have thousand of photos, and now, a thousand of reports, counting with the collaboration of more than 30 thousand persons. The mission of INEMA is show the events and adventures through the publishing of reports, images, that, together, make a familiar environment, that stimulate the sporting practices
With all this publishing, each moment doesn’t stay just in the memory of the persons, and in addition, they awake in the people, the desire to practice sports and adventures. This promotes pleasant moments, beauty, knowledge and historic rescue.
“INEMA is becoming large because the help of the thousand collaborators that send us their photos and texts. And the support of SISNEMA, that sponsor us, because INEMA doesn’t possess resources. With this, we can achieve our point of divulge what persons are doing in sports, as their adventures around the world.
We divulge that are the most beautiful in the sport. So, we’re always creating systems where our collaborators can interact with us and with them, sending photos and repots of their events and adventures” says Nei Maldaner.
It’s not and easy task to organize a website with more than 200 thousand of photos, so, we opted to don’t open each one puts their reports without we revise. This is a hard work for us, but on the other hand, it prevents the bad use of some people defaming others. This way, in almost ten years, we achieve a fantastic subject of histories of examples and stimulus.
During there years, was not so easy keep the website updated, as we can see, we don’t have updating in many areas. To divulge and show how this is nice, Nei, Ayumi and a team from INEMA, went to events, took many shots, evaluated each person, not just the best in a competitions or the famous, they showed that all the persons are important.

Nei nos fala que a maioria das assessorias de imprensa não entende ainda como funciona o INEMA Então mandam releases com uma ou duas fotos, que não tem porque ser publicado no INEMA, pois toda a lista vai ter aquela mesma informação.
There’s no why don’t publish at INEMA. Our goal is tell histories, have many photos, of the preparation, event, any event. And have testimonials, reports and feelings. Share and stimulate people to do the same.
We had the support of entities and federations, that in little time, understood the logic of INEMA. Even though, some of them changed their administrations and still don’t actualized their areas.
Nei says also, about the marshal of the events. Because his coverings, he have learned a lot about organize events, understand each value of the sports, and these was a don’t comparing richness.
To take shots of the sports, you have to enter in each sports value, feel the same emotions, even out of it. This is an adrenaline without explanation.
“When I take a Picture of someone skiing or surfing, and he jumps, do maneuvers, I feel as I was doing that, I need to know a second before what he will do, to I press the ‘click’. This gave us knowledge in the sport, hours and hours practicing and a lot of emotion. I don’t feel tiring, hungry or thirsty. Even staying all the day on the beach, under the hard sun. I’m in a moment of intense happiness and I know that this is nor for everybody. But, for me, it’s a passion” - tells Nei Maldaner.
I admire the sportsman, adventurers, maybe because I’ve passed many years closed at a office, dreaming with the sun, and all the incredible things outside. And, each day, I was seeing this more far. As say my brother Giani “the system devours us” and in many times, doesn’t let us live, been free.
Through INEMA, I achieved this freedom, to pass the week teaching courses, researching and resolving informatics problems. And in the weekend, I dressed my photographer adventurer clothes, and went to the programmed event. I accepted the invites, schedules. Were seven years of intense livings. Of great and unforgettable moments.
In this last year, taking advantage of this freedom that sports and adventures showed me, I opted to pass a year in North America. In Vancouver, Canada, as a base to I study, develop and, off course, walk and travel through Arctic and understand the North-American values.
Por outro lado Nei vê que muitos dos organizadores ficam tão focados no evento, que se esquece de divulgá-lo no INEMA. Registrando suas agendas com bastante antecedência, colocando expectativas, documentando o evento e relatando depoimentos.
Surely Nei Maldaner noticed that it’s not easy to organize an event. But, in all events must be someone to do this. INEMA never charged to divulge reports and the actual systems are very simple to use.
Some people make their websites for the event, but forget to divulge it in the conventional Medias, as INEMA. And, by the time, the website of the event stay totally stopped and lost all the story. It’s a shame.
Governments and towns little contributed to the nature sports and adventures, but we know which our goals are. So, when we want to do something good, it’s better ourselves do, isn’t it?
I love listen people telling me that they are practicing sports because they saw the reports at INEMA and followed the hints. I love to listen that people realized and adventure because they saw at INEMA and searched information at INEMA. This, for me, shows that waste a lot the effort to keep the website on line with so many publishing.
If you did one or two reports, be happy! Someone is taking advantage because of this. The adventure is relative for each person, for someone, go out by car in the weekend is an adventure, and why don’t publish it at INEMA? This is and incentive to others, that don’t go out even to walk or ride a bike. Why your activities and feelings can’t be published at INEMA?
“Throughout reports, we feel the emotions of each travel; we accompany the results of events, know the diversity between people, learn about the resemblance and difference of people in their many way of think and live.
Small cities, small groups living with anything that we think its essential, showed us the value of all we have. INEMA almost covered the world and all this, without moving from its place” - completes Maldaner.
At INEMA, what really cares in the emotions and the experience of people life, what they have to share, teach, or just, reports. All this happen because of the dedication of people that want to show the world, the best of what they do, of the event they organize, tests, and adventures they live.
To please everybody? It’s Impossible. Not criticize anybody, is possible, and INEMA shows how to do.
