Alexandre Sampaio enjoys motorcycling very much, and all its modalities.  He started to ride motors in 1985, but be involved with the events of Motor Tourism, since 1999, with the members of Motor Club Bento Gonçalves, in the marshalling of Moto Serra. After that, he didn't stop. "I started to work also in the sportive events: first, Endure, after, Motor Velocity, and today I can say that I do something in all parts of motorcycling" - says.

In addition, the motorcyclist always enjoyed photos, because of this, posses many photo cameras. "I like very much the art of photograph, it's my second hobby, and the camera which opened doors of this world for me was a Zenit 12 XP ( a camera with a 35 mm film that accompanied me until 2002). Actually I use it just in special occasions. Thus, the machine which opened the doors of digital world for me, was a Sony Mavica, that hard bricks, that worked with diskette, wonderful in that time" – remember Alexandre. Today, he possesses this machines: Sony 828, Sony H3, Olympus u750, Telefone Palm 680, taking off that who were consummated by the years.

Alexandre Sampaio knew INEMA through Nei and Ayumi, covering events between 1999 and 2000. "I topped with Nei and Ayumi in many motorcycle meetings and endure events between 1999 and 2000, I saw them in the events and after, in the website. With this, I started to understand their job", - counts.

Alexandre is collaborator of INEMA since the begin of his journey. Below he tells us how everything started and his opinion about the portal:

At that time, in 99, seamed me that there was no memory by what were done by the motor clubs. Going in some events, I started to top with Nei and Ayumi, from INEMA team, that told me something about what they were starting to do.

That idea touched me, and I decided to help. In the begin, was a little confused, this new of digital cam was complicated, it were already expensive and I didn't know how to use it. All that were a school learn a new language to communicate, the photo, reportage.

When I look backwards I see that all wasted, we have an honest register of what happened in the motorcycling in the last nine years. It's a legacy for who is coming now, because they'll can see the colors of diversity of people, in many events and trips, that maybe they'll never repeat. But it are there, that hundredth of second, congealed in a picture, for ever.

This make me to continue recording the events I participle in an effort to leave the common place. Could be simpler to stay in mine, just as an spectator, or make some easy photos and preserve them just for me, in opposite to pass hours walking, sometimes, under the hard rain or sun, to achieve the better registering and share with everybody. Or in the future, that living, the colors of that moment, the happiness of the participants congealed by the shutter of the camera.

As some people say, I had the will of start, of divulge what happened in our world and with this, extend the horizons. I don't remember very much the first records made with the intention of publish at INEMA, but maybe, it was in the final of 2000 or start of 2001.

The first reports were the meetings and endures, as this one, that happened in Bento, in 2001, the Wine Endure, http://inema.com.br/mat/idmat086353.htm, and this year have again, and if is possible, we'll be there recording. We start sending photos by e-mail and CD inside envelopes, after, came Upload, that make all the things easy, in this last travel to China, that I'm still in dept about some texts, I've sent 3 thousand of photos, without man effort.

As would say the poet, "Everything awards if the soul is not small”. INEMA is a collective property. The job that the team realizes, keeping the computers functioning, the ‘house’ organized and writing reports and interviews. This is everything, a hard wok, daily, of little itches, every day putting another brick in the wall. 

Work that is made with enthusiasm, seams that the people who work there is always involved and enjoying. Not just the financial award, but also, counts a lot that clime of do the better for the site continue being this portal for the world. For many people, it’s a open window to experiences, that maybe they’ll never could have, or maybe a preparation for when come the certain time of they also have they professional experience.

When I tell the people that I help a site that have more than a million of access by day, they almost don’t believe in the number. Other, ask me why I do this freely and with so much love. For that people who don’t believe, patience, with the time they’ll start to understand the achieving of INEMA. For them who think that we don’t must do this freely, I explain: that, the life is inconstantly, today I’m here, but, tomorrow, I don’t know. 

If we can do all the difference, if we have money resource, why don’t share it? Even the photos are virtually mine because I was the creator, they just value with the divulging, promotion and when the people see it, as any artist has proud on showing their photograph working.

I also make sure to register my thanks to SISNEMA INFORMÁTICA, because this is a great win for us, have this main of communication that, many times creates damage for its supporter, that is Sisnema Informática. But, even though, is keeping the website and believing in the financial feasibility with its maturity.  

Now, our events are in the world, make a research on Google, if there aren’t a text or photo of INEMA “I’m crazy”. We can be just colonist of the tip of Brazil, but, what we do can be viewed around the world. This change our manner to see the things, it incentive us to do better, to grow, makes all the difference.

Because of INEMA, I’m involving in new projects that fill this work, I have my personal webpage inside INEMA www.inema.com.br/sampaio, and personal address www.alexandresampaio.com.br where I divulge INEMA and some of my tasks. I’m trying, working in a new project called Radio FGM (www.fgm.com.br), where the motor clubs can complement the divulging work, sending photos to INEMA and the audio of the event at Radio FGM. 

At moment I’m at an ‘alone war’ going to the event to obtain the audio, process and put free to download. But I believe that at work we can make this channel grow. People would have images at INEMA and the audio at Radio FGM of the great races and events that happen in Brazil.

I believe that INEMA is not in this way because of the profits, the portal has our face, as I said before, it’s a collective property. We make INEMA without the domain of the large communications groups, without jabá, political or social preference. It’s and organized anarchy.

Today I’m more knew by the motorcycling instead of my work as mechanic engineer. I did many friends real and virtual because of INEMA, divulged all the good things I saw, and, with this, I had a great return opening doors for what is coming now.

Many times people tell me that they made something because they had seen in my texts. Maybe my opinions are in the opposite of the thought of many people but, at least I be realized on provoke this discussion on the position related to subjects of sports. I have received virtually and personally contacts of many people that see my photos and read my texts at INEMA.

I’m almost achieving 200 hundred of photos published, and I believe that I still have a lot to collaborate, and want to thank by the space given and the calm on know that after all this years, the photos will be there, available, the texts will be there, this is very nice and gratifying.
