On the December 15th, 2007, with all the storm happening in Canada, Nei went to ski. Take a look in his history.

Today is Saturday, December 15th. I woke up around 8 am and outside was light and snowing. I was very tired and my body was painful because I skied a lot yesterday.

Slowly I had breakfast and prepared myself to go sky again. I putted gloves, socks and a cap. Also I putted apples, chocolate and energy drinks in my bag.

Then, around 10am I went to the Whistler's mountain. Today was different, lots of people were making big lines to take the lifts,

The Blackcomb Gondola had more people, and I took the Whistler Gondola. I went stand up and It took a long time.

However I could talk with the guys till we arrive on the top.

It was really windy and updown the snow. Sometimes we couldn't see anything. I skied all day. More than 12 times. But I was always very tired, my legs hurt and I needed to stop frequently. However I never gave up. I focused in ride.

With Technical and control I didn't go fast and skied on easy tracks.

Sometimes the wind blew very strong and cold, for me that wasn't a problem because I was very well dressed, as yesterday. But when I took off my gloves, in just a few seconds my hand turned very cold.

I like to see the children in adapted ski. In whistler I saw two kids with a ski adapter, and a lot of children.

I skied all day until 3 pm. Then I was very tired and I went down with the tracks. After that I left my ski and boots, ate a pizza and drank two glasses of wine. Slowly I went to the lodge because my jacket was very wet. Then ate a yogurt and took a good shower in a hot tube.

I watched TV and saw the news about the big Storm in Canada. In whistler it had snowed 22cm in the last 24hs and the base had 1.40 m of snow. But in Vancouver it just rains and in Toronto, Montreal and Quebec it was 40 cm of snow in the last 2 hs.
