Alexandre Sampaio, mais conhecido como ''Xan'', 29 , de Florianópolis-SC, participou do Free Ride Nation Cup, nos dias 2 e 3 de setembro de 2006 em Bali-Indonésia. Confira a experiência do piloto na aventura do mundial.

Xan só conhecia Bali por fotos, televisão e comentários de amigos. O que mais lhe chamou a atenção foi a forma como os pilotos foram recepcionados e tratados. ''A hospitalidade foi nota 1000!'', destaca.

Como se não bastasse, o tempo colaborou muito com os pilotos. Na sexta e sábado as ondas estavam perfeitas e o clima muito agradável. No domingo as ondas ficaram mais fortes e já não estavam tão perfeitas, mas o show foi garantido. Para o piloto o melhor de tudo foi visitar Bali e adquirir mais conhecimento para sua vida. De acordo com Xan, ''cultura não tem preço!''

A integração entre os participantes foi perfeita. Xan conta que todos os pilotos têm uma relação muito boa e fundamental para o crescimento do esporte. Além disso, ele considera que o nível técnico dos participantes foi muito bom, tornando mais competitiva as provas e exigindo melhor desempenho.

Nessa etapa de Bali ele estava participando pela equipe Blowsion. Foi a primeira vez que eles trabalharam juntos. Admitindo que foi muito boa essa parceria para ambos, Xan comenta que já têm planos para o futuro e de grande potencial.

Sua preparação foi um pouco diferente. Nada de treinos físicos e com jet ski. Desta vez ele procurou trabalhar mais o equilíbrio mental e corporal. Sua consciência permitiu saber que o estado pisicológico influência os resultados.

Sobre a organização ele avalia que Tchelo é indispensável. ''Ele e o Fragoso, de Portugal, foram peças chave para o evento dar certo'', relata. Além disso, Bali recebeu o evento de braços abertos na visão de Xan. Pôsteres, banners e bandeiras espalhados pela cidade inteira formaram um maravilhoso cenário que ele nunca avistou antes.

Xan acredita que o evento foi muito promissor para o esporte. Quanto a sua participação, conta que apesar da fratura no pé, encara as dificuldades de forma positiva. ''Fiz um bom trabalho antes e durante o evento, agora mesmo com essa fratura no pé tenho muito trabalho pós evento'', afirma. Sua presença já está confirmada para o próximo mundial no Brasil.

He only knew Bali for photos, television and friend's commentaries. What most called your attention was the way like riders was receive and treat. ''The hospitality was grade 1000!'', affirm.

On Friday and Saturday the waves were perfects and the weathers help a lot the riders. But on Sunday the waves became stronger and weren't perfects, anyway were a show. For him the best was visit Bali and get more knowledge for your life. He says, ''culture don't have price!''

The union between riders was perfect. Xan tells that all pilots have a good relationship and it's fundamental to sport's growth. Over there, he thinks that the technical level of riders was very good, need more perfomance.

This round, he was play by Blowsion Team. It's the first time that they worked together. He thinks the partner was very good for both, he comments that already plan to future and a big potential.

Your training was a little different. Nothing of physical training and with jet ski. This time he search work more the mental and body equilibrium. His counscience let he knows that the state of mind influence the result.

About the organization he evaluated that Tchelo is indispensable. ''He and Fragoso, from Portugal, was part fundamental for the event '', says.

Bali received the event from open arms for Xan. Posters, banners and flags were spread for all city making a wonderful scenery that he never had seen before.

He believes that event was very promissory to sport. About your participated, he tells that despite your injury, he got the difficulties with a positive way. ''I did a good job before and during the event, now with this injury on my foot, I have a lot of job after the event'', affims. He wil be there in the next round, in Brazil.
