Para ele, o campeonato Mundial de Free Ride é uma das competições mais excitantes da terra. Laine teve seu primeiro Jetski no ano de 1974, um Kawasaki 400 stand-up e começou a praticar free ride. Sua categoria era a Stand up, onde o piloto não pode sentar no jet.

Laine diz que o nível técnico dos competidores é ótimo: "Os saltos são muita mais que fantásticos e vários pilotos estão surfando numa categoria digna de mundial." E ele acredita que bali teve o melhor surf que ela já viu num evento de Free Ride. "As ondas estavam perfeitas, bons ventos com um ótimo clima", completa.

Ele achou a organização do Bali Free Ride muito boa. Foi uma das melhores coisas do evento, a outra foi os bons patrocinadores. Sobre Bali, ele gostou das ótimas ondas, do vento, das pessoas amigáveis e dos bons organizadores do evento.

And he believes that Bali had the best surf that he had ever seen in a Free Ride's event. "Waves were perfect, good winds with a great weather", completes.

He thought the Bali Free Ride's organization very good. It's one of the most attractive things in this event, another was the good sponsors. About Bali, he likes the great waves, good winds, friendly people and the good event organizers.
