O Mundial de FreeRide foi realizado nos dias 24, 25 e 26 de novembro de 2006, na Praia da Vila, em Imbituba-SC. Paralelo ao evento foi realizado o desfile para eleger a Garota Jet Waves. Conheça a vencedora do concurso.

A universitária, Natália Nicolodi, 21 anos, de Florianópolis-SC, conta que ter participado do desfile seria perfeito se não fosse o frio tenebroso que as candidatas enfrentaram de mini saia. Ao ser escolhida como Garota Jet Waves, afirma que a sensação que sentiu foi de felicidade e tranqüilidade. ''Vou poder dar presentes de Natal sem me preocupar com próximas parcelas''.

Sobre o evento, Natália avalia que as condições não estavam ajudando. Pois o mal tempo deixou o mar sem onda. Mas apesar disso, acredita que tudo foi bem contornado. Ela afirma que a organização fez um bom trabalho.

A Garota Jet Waves conta ainda que o relacionamento com as outras candidatas foi muito tranqüilo. ''Todas eram ótimas!'', destaca. O prêmio de Natália foi o valor de R$1000 e um ensaio fotográfico.

Os melhores momentos para a Garota Jet Waves foi depois da premiação, quando ganhar parabéns sinceros não significou apenas ser bonita, mas demonstrou que a escolhida tem carinho pelas pessoas, cordialidade e outros valores que colaboraram.

Dormir mais cedo no dia anterior ao evento foi o que Natália fez para se preparar. Além disso, ela faz ginástica, dorme bem, procura ter uma alimentação equilibrada a base de frutas, saladas, alimentos integrais e chás.

Sair bastante com os amigos, família, ter boas noites de sono e cuidar das relações são as dicas de beleza e saúde de Natália.

A Garota Jet Waves agradece à Verinha, pessoa que incentivou sua participação e ao namorado Léo, que ficou o dia inteiro sem surf, com frio e cansado lhe apoiando.

The Jet Waves' Girl tells, too, relationship with other girls was very tranquil. ''They were great!'', emphasizes. Natália's award was R$1000 and a photograph's book.

Sleep earlier one day before the event was her preparation. Beyond this, she makes gym, sleep well and try to have balance nourishment with fruit, vegetables, integral food and teas.
